Numbers to be drawn at 19:00

• This lottery is conducted under the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976, as amended by the National Lottery etc. Act 1993
• The society is registered with Rhondda Cynon Taf Licensing Authority, as its head office is located within the borough
• The lottery is promoted solely for charitable and community purposes, with no element of private gain

• Entrants must be 16 years or older at the time of purchase
• Tickets must not be purchased for or by anyone under 16

• Each ticket costs £6.00, granting entry into the next 4-weeks draws.
• Tickets must be purchased online only, via the club website through GoCardless.
• Sales close 1-hour prior to the draw time; any purchases made 18:00 or later will only be valid for the following week's draw and in-valid for that day.
• A digital receipt will confirm entry along with stated numbers selected.
• Payment is only accepted via Direct Debit or one-off debit card purchase, no credit cards are permitted.

• Draws take place every Friday at 19:00 throughout the calendar month
• All draws are conducted fairly and randomly, with results shared via club channels within 5-minutes of the result

The weekly prize pot is made up of:

• An initial £100;
• The rollover amount from the previous week, if unclaimed;
• £5 will be added to every week that rolls-over

• Results will be announced via official club channels
• Winners will be contacted directly using information provided during purchase (email)
• Prizes must be claimed within 72-hours of the winner being notified, otherwise;
• Unclaimed prizes will be reallocated into the next weeks draw

• All proceeds, after prize-related costs, will support the Dare Dragons Trust and inclusive football initiatives
• The total value of tickets sold for any single lottery will not exceed £20,000, and the annual total will remain below £250,000, in line with local registration limits

• Personal information will be used solely for administering the lottery
• Data will not be shared outside the club or reused for unrelated purposes
• Participants may request access or deletion of their data via the organiser
